We partner with some amazing brands across Australia and New Zealand which enable us to provide you with their products on THE ICONIC. It means that we’ve got a greater variety of choices and options.
So what is the difference between these items and the rest of the items on our site? The major difference is where the items are stored and shipped from. Anything that you need – our Customer Service is there to support you with all items you purchase from our site.
How will it affect my delivery?
The majority of items from our Partners are shipped using an available Express Delivery option. However, our partners are located throughout Australia and New Zealand so shipping times will vary. The delivery is free on orders over $50.00.
The best way to find out what delivery estimates our Partners have to your area is by choosing your size on the product page and looking at the delivery section for the information. Alternatively this information is available to you at checkout. Keep in mind that all our delivery ETAs are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances that are outside of our control.
At this stage, we are unable to offer you a variety of delivery options for these items supplied by our Partners at checkout but we do our best to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
You will receive tracking information from us at THE ICONIC as usual and our Customer Service team will help you with any delivery enquiries that you have.
How will it affect my return?
All items purchased on our site are subject to our free and easy returns policy, and this includes items that are shipped from our Partners. You can read about our returns process and policy here.
Please note that some items are not eligible for returns, unless faulty, and you will be notified of this before you place your order on the product page or at checkout.
Why is the price of some Partner items different?
THE ICONIC and its Partners each set their own prices (and this is required by law). This means that products sold by partners may be cheaper, identical, or more expensive compared to those sent by THE ICONIC.
Why are only some items fulfilled by a Partner when they go out of stock?
Sometimes we’re unfortunately just completely out of stock both at ours and our Partner’s Fulfilment Centre. Add this item to your wishlist for updates on when stock becomes available or contact our friendly Customer Service team for similar item suggestions here.
