Can’t think of something to get the person who has everything? We've got you covered!

We offer two different kinds of gift cards at THE ICONIC. Physical hard copy gift cards and convenient E-gift cards.

 

Physical gift cards

You can pick up one of our physical gift cards at participating retailers across Australia, including:

  • Woolworths
  • Australia Post
  • Drakes
  • Romeos
  • Pit Stop

You can choose between $50.00 or $100.00 value cards; simply pick one up from the gift card stand and head to the checkout in-store (see list above) to activate the card.

If the gift card goes missing we cannot replace the card or locate the missing information so please treat the card like cash and keep it safe until it's been redeemed to your ICONIC account.

 

E-Gift Cards

Our E-gift cards can be purchased 24/7 via our website. Simply click here to get started with your purchase.

Once the purchase has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email with your gift card details. Please note that this can take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you can't locate it, check your junk and spam folders for the email. If you're still out of luck reach out to our friendly Customer Service team and they will help you out.

 

I've been given a gift card. How do I use it?

If you have been lucky enough to receive a Gift Card, head to "Your Credit" section under your account and enter in the 16 digit code to redeem the value.

Alternatively, pop the code into the voucher field in the checkout to redeem the credit. Keep in mind, vouchers can be used on top of gift cards!

I have lost my E-gift card, what do I do now?

If you accidentally deleted the E-gift card from your inbox we can track it down for you, reach out to us via Live Chat or submit a web form and we will resend it to you. 

 

Can I amend the details on my E-gift card?

We are unable to update the details on the E-gift card once you've placed the order with us. We can however update the receiver email address before the card is being sent out. To do this you need to get in touch with our Customer Service Team

Note: We can only attempt to cancel an E-gift card purchase up until the point that the card has been sent to the receiver.

 

Can I buy E-gift cards in bulk?

E-gift cards for personal use can only be purchased one at a time. There is however no limit on how many gift cards you redeem to your ICONIC account so let your friends and family know that for your birthday all you want is ICONIC gift cards. If you’re looking to bulk buy E-gift cards for business purposes contact our Customer Service team here and they will look into your request.
