Due to the fast turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to add any items to an order. This also means that we are unable to change the size of an item. If you want to remove an item from your order, we can attempt to organise this for you prior to the order being shipped but this may not always be possible. It’s best to contact us via Live Chat so we can have a look straight away.
Some items shipped from our Partner Providers cannot be cancelled, however, you can send them back to us using our free returns and exchange process.
Note: Once processed, refunds take 3-5 business days to be returned to your account depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
