Physical gift cards
You can pick up one of our physical Gift Cards at participating retailers across Australia.

You can choose between $50.00 or $100.00, simply pick one up from the Gift Card stand and head to the checkout in-store to activate the card.
If the gift card goes missing we cannot replace the card or locate the missing information so treat the card like cash and keep it safe until it's been redeemed to your ICONIC account.
Our E-Gift Cards can be purchased 24/7 via our website. Simply click here to get started with your purchase.
Once the purchase has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email, please note that this may take some time to come through to you but it should arrive safely within 24 hours of purchase. If you can't locate it, check your junk and spam folders for the email and if you're still out of luck reach out to our friendly Customer Service team and they will help you out.
I've been given a Gift Card. How do I use it?
First things first, do you have an ICONIC account set up? If not, you will need one to be able to use your Gift Card to place an order with us. It's super easy to set up, click here to get started.
Already have an account? Skip right ahead to the below to redeem your credit.
If you have been lucky enough to receive one of these bad boys head to "Your Credit" and enter in the 16 digit code to redeem your Gift Card.
Alternatively, pop the code in to the voucher field in the checkout to redeem the credit. Not to worry, you can use any additional discount codes on top of your Gift Card code.
You’ve got 36 months from purchase to redeem your Gift Card so make it count. Once on your account you have 12 months to utilize the amount, the credit will be used as the primary method of payment and therefore will automatically be used when you're ready to place your order.
I have lost my E-Gift Card, what do I do now?
If you accidentally deleted the e-Gift Card from your inbox we can track it down for you, reach out to us via Live Chat or submit a web form and we will resend it to you. Head over to the Contact Us page and get in touch.
If you are expecting an E-Gift Card and it has not popped through to your inbox just yet, we are sorry to hear of this. In this case, the purchaser will need to reach out to our Customer Service Team and we will be able to have this resolved as quickly as possible. Do keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the E-Gift Card to reach you.
Can I amend the details on my E- Gift Card?
So sorry but we are unable to update the details on the E-Gift Card once you've placed the order with us. We can however update the receives email address before the card is being sent out. To do this you need to get in touch with us. One of our live help options would be most suitable for a successful resolution so travel across to the Contact Us page and either call or Live Chat us during our operating hours.
Note: We can only attempt to cancel a E-Gift Card purchase up until the point that the card has been sent to the receiver.
Can I buy E-Giftcards in bulk?
E-Gift Cards need to be purchased one at a time as our system will not allow bulk purchases. There is however no limit on how many Gift Cards you redeem to your ICONIC account so let your friends and family know that for your birthday you want ALL ICONIC Gift Cards.
