Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?


ccasionally, some items may be excluded from THE ICONIC return policy. We will always let you know when this is the case on the product page or at checkout.

Anything marked as "Final sale" cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange unless faulty. Items sealed for hygiene reasons, excluding earrings and underwear can only be returned if the seal is intact (unless deemed faulty).

Beauty products cannot be returned if it is opened and/ or used (unless deemed faulty).
