What is your returns policy?

THE ICONIC offers free returns for 30 days - we even pay for the return delivery!

Here are our rules for returns: 

  • Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging. You don’t need the clear plastic packaging.
  • Underwear, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty 

If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return.

 

Are there any exclusions from the returns policy?

Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact, excluding underwear and earrings (unless deemed faulty). So make sure you love your purchase before you tear into it! This includes most jewellery & watches, swimwear, hair accessories and beauty & grooming products.

 

Can I return Sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page.

 

I can't find my order and initiate my return under my ICONIC account?

If your order isn't visible on your returns page this means that the order has exceeded the 30 days from purchase and is therefore no longer returnable.
