Can I have my order delivered to a ParcelPoint?
Of course you can!
There is no longer any need to wait in line at your local post office as your local pharmacy may be a ParcelPoint location. To find out, select the ParcelPoint delivery option when checking out. Simply pop in your postcode and choose one of the locations appropriate for you.
Once your parcel has been successfully delivered, you will receive notification that your order is ready to collect. This should be within the same delivery time frame that was provided when you placed your ICONIC order.
Keep in mind that these locations will only hold your parcel for 14 business days before it gets returned back to our Fulfillment Center.
How do I pick up my order from the ParcelPoint?
This process is easy, simply bring a valid photo ID such as a drivers license or passport and quote your ICONIC order number at the pick up point. You can also show the pick up notification together with your photo ID and you will be able to pick up your parcel.
Can someone else pick it up for me?
Yes, but you will need to contact ParcelPoint first to provide the details of the person. The person will need to bring their photo ID and your order number when collecting the parcel.
Does THE ICONIC let me return via ParcelPoint?
Yes! Just like picking up your parcel from a local ParcelPoint location, you can also drop off your parcel.
Returning through ParcelPoint is super easy and can be organised whilst initiating a return though your ICONIC account. As soon as you have submitted your return request just select to drop your parcel off at the nearest location and a new returns shipping label will be provided. Make sure this is attached to your parcel and you are ready to go.
Don't forget you can also organise to have your parcel picked up from your address for a small fee of $4.95.
